Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled event if the client provides notice at least five (5) days before the original event date.

The client is responsible for providing the event location.
Glow Up Sports requires a dark environment for games to function properly:
Outdoors: after sunset
Indoors: spaces without windows, or with windows that can be fully covered
The client must provide access to electricity within 75 feet of the setup area.
Setup requires a minimum of 1 hour before and after the event. The client agrees to allow Glow Up Sports early access to the event space for setup and teardown.
The client affirms that the event space is safe, free of hazards, and suitable for physical activity.

Glow game options include Wiffle ball, kickball, dodgeball, and flag football. The number of games you can choose depends on the event package purchased.
If hosting an event at a baseball field, you can choose EITHER Wiffle ball and kickball in the infield OR dodgeball and flag football in the outfield, since these game combinations require two different light configurations. For all other locations, including open green spaces and indoor spaces, you can choose any combination of the four game options.

Glow Up Sports staff facilitate games but do not provide childcare. Adult supervision from the host/parents is required at all times.
Participants must follow staff instructions for safety. Glow Up Sports reserves the right to remove anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
Glow Up Sports is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from participation.
All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to participation. Electronic signatures are accepted.

Glow Up Sports may cancel or reschedule outdoor events if weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
In the event of rescheduling, payment will transfer to the new date.

By attending a Glow Up Sports event, participants grant permission for Glow Up Sports LLC to use photos and videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
