Players should wear athletic attire and shoes must be worn at all times. We’ll provide neon practice pinnies in team colors, which must be returned at the end of the session. Players should also feel free to deck out in neon or other blacklight-responsive gear for maximum glow. No neon? No worries — white glows great!

We highly recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your session to allow ample time for check-in. All sessions start at the designated time, whether all players have checked-in or not. When you arrive, you’ll receive your wristband and practice pinnie. Players must be wearing both to enter the gym.

While our glow games are fun for all ages, our community events are designed for kids. We highly recommend you select a time slot based on your child’s age to create the best experience for everyone.

The team registration fee must be paid to complete registration. Please note that your registration form will NOT be saved unless payment is made.

The team organizer will be sent a participant waiver link to the email address provided and is responsible for sharing the link with team members. All players must have a signed waiver to participate. Waivers will be checked at the door.
